Account Coordinator

The account coordinator assists in the day-to-day administration of digital marketing and advertising campaign initiatives for the agency’s clients. This includes maintaining a high level of awareness with client activities, high detail-oriented, and project management.

HOURS // Full-time


  • Supporting specific client deliverables:
    Assisting with the implementation of client deliverables such as email, landing pages, custom call to actions
  • Supporting Account Executive with client communication on small to midsize accounts:
    Handling small to mid size accounts communication when it comes to content (blogs and social media calendars), design deliverables, and approvals or follow ups
  • Managing and posting monthly social media calendars:
    Researching, creating, organizing, and posting social media posts within time frame of deadlines, along with analyzing the success of the social media pages
  • Managing and posting monthly blogs:
    Researching topics, ordering content, proofing content and posting blog posts within time frame of deadlines
  • Proactively making educated recommendations or opportunities for client based on needs and goals


  • Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Highly Organized
