Business Development Representative

The business development representative seeks to qualify and book appointments with potential new clients. This position requires the ability to be coached, as well as an excitement for the opportunity to learn. The ideal candidate is organized yet dynamic, task-oriented, coachable but discriminating in taste, and always willing to work hard alongside our team to deliver excellent, winning results.


  • Establish rapport and schedule appointments with potential clients
  • Provide detailed weekly reporting
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge to effectively articulate our company services and culture
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sales goals
  • Cold calling experience
  • Be required to work 15 – 20 hours weekly
  • Have a passion for sales and helping small businesses
  • Excellent phone, verbal, and written skills
  • Organizational skills with a capacity to work under deadlines and meet sales goals
