Business Development Executive

This person is responsible for researching prospective clients,

creating outreach strategies, and identifying sales opportunities in existing and new markets. Ideal candidates should be highly motivated, resourceful, and thrive in an unstructured environment. Applicants should demonstrate excellent verbal skills with the ability to connect and interact with both team and potential clients.

Coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies

  • Researching prospective client’s business and marketing opportunities
  • Meeting with prospective clients and creating RFP’s that are compelling and clearly explain the value we provide to prospective clients
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on our services, processes and technologies
  • Collaborating with leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with client through the closing process
  • Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
  • Collaborating with leadership on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
  • Attending weekly networking events and collaborating with leadership to host events


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
